The National Bank plans to renovate for UAH 9.4 million

on 1 March, the National Bank of Ukraine held a tender for the repair of an administrative building with an expected cost of UAH 12.5 million. As a result, the company with the bid of UAH 9,399,900 won, Kommersant Ukrainsky reports citing Prozorro.
Thirteen companies competed for the opportunity to repair the National Bank, and PORTA NOVA won with a bid of UAH 9,399,900 . This company is the youngest among the competitors . It was established on 1 December 2023, has a charter capital of UAH 1,000, and has never won any tenders, let alone for the repair of public buildings.
The number of employees and the company’s technical base are also unknown. At least, PORTA NOVA did not disclose it in the documentation submitted for the tender. The renovation of the building should be completed this year – by 15 December.
The NBU is not going to stop there, as another tender is currently open for the renovation of the entrance group and non-residential premises of the same building (letter A) with an expected cost of over UAH 6 million.
Last year, the NBU already carried out repair work, including the repair of the fire protection system of the administrative building for almost UAH 3 million.
