And they do everything possible, and sometimes impossible, to bring our victory closer as soon as possible.
History of the holiday
According to the Decree of the President of Ukraine of 7 September 1992, a decision was made to establish the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine.
on 1 June 2007, the Minister of Defence of Ukraine signed an order, which established the day of congratulations to the military intelligence officers of Ukraine on 7 September.
According to this order, the Day of Military Intelligence is celebrated annually on 7 September.
This departmental holiday was established “in order to foster patriotism, loyalty to the military oath and combat traditions, and to maintain a high level of prestige of military service”.
It is celebrated in military command and control bodies, formations and military intelligence units of the Ministry of Defence and the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
