Fatal accident with Ukrainians in France: Zelensky told the details

The bus with Ukrainians that was involved in an accident in France on Friday, June 13, was carrying children returning from an educational exchange from a French lyceum in Brittany. On the way to Paris, the bus lost control and slid into a ditch. This was announced by President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, "Komersant Ukrainian" reports
Four adults have been reported dead, three of them are Ukrainian citizens. Two more people are in serious condition, and French doctors are fighting for their lives. The rest of the children suffered moderate and light injuries, all of them are being provided with the necessary assistance.
At the moment, there are no additional details on the circumstances of the accident, the number of vehicles involved or the number of victims.
Zelenskyy noted that a team of Ukrainian diplomats and consuls, headed by the Ukrainian Ambassador to France, was immediately sent to the scene. They are in contact with the families of the victims, as well as with representatives of the French authorities and services at the scene.
At the same time, Foreign Minister Andriy Sybiga and Interior Minister Ihor Klymenko regularly inform about the victims and the circumstances of the tragedy.
Zelenskyy thanked France for the fact that more than 50 emergency teams were involved in bringing the injured children to hospitals. The office of French President Emmanuel Macron is keeping the situation under control.
The Head of State expressed condolences to all the families of the victims.
