The head of the State Aviation Service, Oleksandr Bilchuk, has declared the purchase of a 2019 Infiniti QX50 for UAH 200,000. This is evidenced by his declaration, Komersant ukrainskyi

The relevant document on changes to the declaration was filed on 20 May.
The declaration states that Bilchuk purchased a 2019 Infiniti QX50 for UAH 200,000 on 10 May.
In Ukraine, such cars cost from UAH 1 million.
For example, on the largest online car marketplace in Ukraine, such cars are sold for as much as $20,000. The cheapest offer for a 2019 Infiniti QX50 is $20,700.
The most expensive offer for such a car is $35,000.
It should be added that Bilchuk’s annual declaration for 2023 only lists his wife’s 2019 Honda HR-V, which was purchased in June 2019 for UAH 756,495.
As a reminder, in May 2016, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine appointed Oleksandr Bilchuk as the Head of the State Aviation Service of Ukraine.
Prior to this appointment, Oleksandr Bilchuk was the Head of the Airworthiness Department of the State Aviation Administration of Ukraine.
