“She was looking for quick money”. In Rivne, a woman was preparing a terrorist attack near the shopping center building

The Security Service of Ukraine detained a woman who was preparing a terrorist attack near the building of the shopping center and joint venture in Rivne. She turned out to be an agent of the Russian FSB.
This was reported by the SBU, Komersant ukrainskyi reports.
The attacker was a 42-year-old resident of Vinnytsia, who was looking for “quick money” on social networks. This is how she came to the attention of Russian special services.
She was ordered to make an improvised explosive device. After that, she was supposed to come to Rivne and deliver the explosives to the building of the shopping center. The SBU says that the occupiers planned to detonate the explosives remotely together with the perpetrator herself. However, they managed to detain her.
The attacker was served a notice of suspicion under two articles of the Criminal Code of Ukraine:
ч. 2 of Art. 111 – high treason committed under martial law;
ч. 1 of Art. 263 – illegal handling of explosives.
She faces life imprisonment with confiscation of property.

This is not the first attempted terrorist attack. On February 1, an explosion occurred near the military registration and enlistment office, killing one civilian and injuring eight soldiers.
The SBU said that the deceased was a 21-year-old unemployed man from Zhytomyr region recruited by Russian special services who was looking for “quick money” on Telegram channels.
On the instructions of his handler, the guy came to Rivne, where he picked up a tourist backpack with explosives using geolocation.
Law enforcement officers noted that the Russians had remote access to the explosives via a cell phone. The guy had another remote-controlled phone with him when he entered the SEC building.
