Over the past 24 hours, 144 combat clashes were recorded. This is reported by Komersant ukrainskyi
with reference to the morning report of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Yesterday, the enemy launched one missile strike using one missile at the positions of Ukrainian units and settlements, as well as 67 air strikes, including 79 drones. In addition, it carried out 4,483 attacks, 176 of which were from multiple launch rocket systems.
The Russian aggressor carried out air strikes, in particular, in the areas of Druzhba, Tovstodubove, Sopych, Vilna Sloboda, Miropillia, Pavlivka, Velyka Pysarivka, Kozacha Lopan, Pokrovka, Kruglyakivka, Chasiv Yar, Toretsk, Pleshchiyivka, Oleksandropil, Kostiantynivka, Maksymivka and Makarivka.
Situation at the frontline
In the Kharkiv sector, two hostile attacks took place in the area of Vovchansk.
In the Kupyansk sector, the number of enemy attacks reached fifteen over the last day. Ukrainian defence forces repelled assaults near Sinkivka, Hlushkivka, Stelmakhivka and Andriivka. The aggressor also attacked Lozova five times.
In the Liman sector, the enemy conducted 11 attacks in the vicinity of eight different localities. The largest number of combat engagements took place near Makiivka and Novosadove, two and three respectively.
In the Siverskyi sector, Ukrainian defenders repelled seven assaults by Russian invaders near Bilohorivka, Spirne and Vyymka.
In the Kramatorsk sector, the occupants attacked 12 times. They concentrated their efforts in the areas of Ivanivske and Chasovyi Yar. Near the latter, they acted with the support of attack aircraft – they launched 22 NARs.
In the Toretsk sector, the enemy, with the support of aviation, carried out 15 attacks in the areas of Nelipivka, New York, Druzhba and Toretsk.
In the Pokrovsk sector, our defenders stopped 53 attacks in the vicinity of eleven different settlements. The Russian occupants were most active near Novohrodivka, Mykolaivka, Ptychke and in the direction of Zelene Pole.
In the Kurakhove sector, theUkrainian Armed Forces repelled 20 attempts by the invaders to advance near Krasnohorivka, Kostiantynivka and Karlivka.
In the Vremivsk sector, the enemy launched six attacks towards Vuhledar, Rozdolne and Urozhayne. He also stormed our positions from the direction of Volodymyrivka.
The operational situationin the Gulyaypillia, Orikhiv and Prydniprovskyi sectors remained unchanged. The enemy did not conduct any assault or offensive actions. It carried out air strikes in the areas of Novoandriivka, Novodanilivka, Novodarivka and Pyatikhatky.
No signs of the formation of offensive groups of occupants were detectedin the Volyn and Polissya directions.
The enemy maintains a military presenceon the border with Chernihiv region.

Enemy losses
Yesterday, the aviation, missile forces and artillery of the Defence Forces carried out 16 strikes on the areas of concentration of enemy personnel and military equipment, five occupiers’ airborne weapons, a command post and another important enemy object.
Over the past day, the Russian invaders suffered 1190 casualties. Ukrainian troops also neutralised four tanks, 32 armoured combat vehicles, 45 artillery systems, one MLRS, an air defence system, 27 tactical UAVs, 49 vehicles and six pieces of special equipment of the occupiers.
The total combat losses of the Russians from 24.02.22 to 23.08.24 are estimated at
