Law enforcers detained the head of the Boryspil district TCC and JV, Serhiy Rusin. He was handcuffed by the SBU. This was reported by Yaroslav Godunok, former secretary of the Boryspil City Council and now a fighter of the TRO, Komersant ukrainskyi

According to Godunok, he was taken away in handcuffs by SBU officers, under Articles 114-1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine and 369-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
Godunok described the military commissar himself in a negative light, saying that he had been seeking his removal for several years.
“Dozens of times I appealed to law enforcement agencies everywhere to remove this bastard, who worked not to strengthen mobilisation and defence, but for his own pocket,” Godunok said.
“The SBU seized Rusin’s military equipment, weapons and tens of thousands of dollars from Boryspil – the f*cker was making money in the war – now we have to do everything to prevent the bastard from paying off,” Godunok wrote.
In addition, Godunok claims that a military commissar from Irpin has also been detained.
“And this is another grabber, a friend of the head of the Boryspil Military Commissariat from Irpin district, who loves money like Rusin. Today he was also admitted,” he said.
So far, there have been no reports from official sources on the detentions.
