Today, the well-known Ukrainian Internet resource UKR.NET stopped working. Both the ukr.net news feed and e-mail have become unavailable to users, reports Komersant ukrainskyi with reference to commercial director Roman Skrypnyk.
“The UKR.NET domain was disabled by the domain name registrar for unknown reasons. We failed to solve the problem through the registrar’s support service. We hope that we will be able to get more information and find out the reasons and circumstances of the blocking at the beginning of the working day of the office of the American registrar company,”
– said Roman Skrypnyk.
He emphasised that the company has already asked Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Ukraine to the United States Oksana Markarova for help.
“We are sorry that millions of Ukrainian users who read the news on UKR.NET and use @UKR.NET mail every day cannot do so now. We are doing our best to recover. Many caring people are helping us with this,”
– said Skrypnyk.
