S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2 is in the running for Game of the Year. There’s still time to vote

Voting is underway on the Steam platform to determine the winners of The Steam Awards 2024. This is reported on the website of the online service, Komersant ukrainskyi informs.
The voting should determine the winners in 11 nominations. It started on December 19 at 20:00 Kyiv time and will last until 20:00 on December 31. The winners of The Steam Awards 2024 will be announced then. Anyone can vote here.
The Ukrainian game S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2: Heart of Chornobyl is competing for the victory in three nominations.
“Most Innovative Gameplay”. Nominees: S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2: Heart of Chornobyl, Balatro, Helldivers 2, Liar’s Bar, Satisfactory.
“Best Game with an Outstanding Story”. Nominees: Black Myth: Wukong, Ghost of Tsushima, S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2: Heart of Chornobyl, Mouthwashing, Final Fantasy XVI.
And the most important nomination is Game of the Year. The following games are in the running for this prize: Black Myth: Wukong, S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2: Heart of Chornobyl, Balatro, Helldivers 2, Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine II.
The day before, Vadym Sukharevskyi, Commander of the Unmanned Systems Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, called on Ukrainians to support the Ukrainian game S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2: Heart of Chornobyl as the best in the world. He recorded a special video in which he appealed to Ukrainians to cast their votes for S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2: Heart of Chornobyl.
As a reminder, the voting will last until 20:00 on December 31, and you can support the best game of the year S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2 on Steam.
It’s also worth mentioning that in the credits of S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2, the developers expressed their gratitude to the Ukrainian soldiers.
