Russian occupants attacked Odessa with a ballistic missile on the evening of 14 August. There are casualties. About it reports Komersant ukrainskyi
with reference to the head of the Odessa Regional State Administration Oleg Kiper and the Odessa regional Prosecutor’s office.
“The target of the aggressor became the port civilian infrastructure. One person, the driver of the grain truck, was injured,” – said the head of the OSA.
He explained that now the victim is hospitalised in the hospital in a state of average severity.
Meanwhile, law enforcers record the consequences of another crime of Russians.
According to the Odessa regional Prosecutor’s office, as a result of the attack, two people were injured to various degrees:
- 39 female employee of the port;
- 43-year-old driver of a grain truck.
Under the procedural guidance of prosecutors of the Odessa regional prosecutor’s office, a pre-trial investigation into the violation of laws and customs of war (part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine) has been launched.
