The Russian army launched a missile attack on a police building in Kryvyi Rih, Dnipro region. This was reported by the press service of the National Police, Komersant ukrainskyi reports.
“At about 9:15, the enemy launched a missile attack on the district police department. It is currently known that there are victims as a result of the hit. There may be people under the rubble. The administrative building was destroyed, and private houses located nearby were damaged,” the police said.
Later, the head of the city’s military administration , Oleksandr Vilkul , clarified that the body of a dead woman had been recovered from the rubble of the building destroyed by the missile.
As of 13:00, the number of wounded had already reached 6 people. According to him, three more people may be under the rubble.
“Unfortunately, a dead person was found under the rubble. It was a woman. Three wounded men, born in 1978, 1979 and 1986, were promptly taken to the city’s hospitals (head injuries, cut wounds, fractures). So far, all three are in moderate condition, and doctors are doing everything necessary. Three more injured men were treated on the spot and will be treated on an outpatient basis under medical supervision,” he wrote.
According to Vilkul, 23 private houses and 3 multi-storey buildings were also damaged as a result of the rocket attack. An educational institution and more than 80 cars were also destroyed. All operational and utility services are involved in the aftermath.
