Russian troops hit a multi-storey building in Kharkiv with a “shahed”. There are victims and destruction. This was reported by the head of the OVA Oleg Sinegubov, Komersant ukrainskyi reports
According to him, an enemy drone hit a high-rise building in the Saltovsky district. The first two floors were partially destroyed. All services are working to eliminate the consequences.
“The number of victims has increased to four. One of them is a 12-year-old girl. Three people have acute stress reactions. The girl has a light shrapnel wound,” he wrote.
The fire is currently being extinguished. The area of fire is 30 square meters.
The house is being inspected and people are being surveyed for resettlement.
