An explosion sounded before the air raid alert in Pavlohrad, Dnipropetrovs’k region, local residents reported. Later, the information about the explosion was confirmed by the head of the Dnipro regional military administration, Serhiy Lysak, Komersant ukrainskyi reports
On the afternoon of 15 August, Russian occupation forces launched a missile attack on Pavlohrad, Dnipro region.
Monitoring channels reported an explosion in Pavlohrad before the alarm went off. The network also wrote that smoke rose over the city.
“It was loud in Pavlohrad. After the explosion, a fire broke out in a non-residential building. A 21-year-old man was injured. He is in hospital in a moderate condition,” said Lysak.
The consequences of the attack are being eliminated, details are being clarified.
All relevant services are working at the scene.
