On the night of 19 September, Russians attacked Kharkiv twice. The first attack took place around midnight, and the second at 5am. This was reported by the mayor of the city, Igor Terekhov, and the head of the regional military administration, Oleg Sinegubov, Komersant ukrainskyi reports
The first attacks hit the forest belt of Shevchenkivskyi district. A fire broke out at the site of the “arrivals”. According to preliminary data, Russia struck with ballistic missiles, destroying two private houses at the site of the hit.

The prosecutor’s office reported that the enemy had previously fired ballistic missiles.
The second strike occurred around 5:00 in the Industrial district. The occupants hit the ground between a gymnasium and a kindergarten. The windows were damaged. There were no casualties.
Another hit in Saltivskiy district. Windows in residential buildings were damaged.
According to Terekhov, this time the Russian military hit the town with three guided aerial bombs. Other places where enemy UAVs hit are being clarified.
