Restaurateur Borisov transfers his entire GastroFamily business to his ex-wife

Famous restaurateur Dmitry Borisov, owner and founder of the GastroFamily restaurant chain, has announced that he is transferring his entire business to his ex-wife, Elena Borisova. He wrote about this on his Facebook page, Komersant ukrainskyi reports.
“The entire restaurant business of Dmitry Borisov, now GastroFamily, is now fully owned and managed by Elena Borisova. I transfer to her all the rights to the brands and establishments that we have created together,”
– he said.
The restaurateur thanked his ex-wife and current business partner for their cooperation and made it clear that from now on he would not manage the business, but would still receive a portion of the profits.
“From now on, I will remain only as a passive partner and co-investor, not participating in any strategic or operational issues,” he wrote,

GastroFamily
GastroFamily is a restaurant group founded by Dmitry Borisov. It unites more than 50 restaurants with different concepts and moods, as well as various partnership projects in Ukraine and abroad.

The group was created as part of a partnership between Borisov and his ex-wife Elena.
