AUTO-REGION continues to systematically help the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Since the first days of the full-scale invasion, the company has been supporting the Ukrainian military not only financially but also by participating directly in the defense of the country, said Kristina Bratchikova, Head of Marketing at AUTO-REGION.
The company’s director Dmytro Haydamakha personally participated in the defense of Kyiv region as part of a volunteer unit. He was awarded by the Kyiv City Administration for his dedication and courage in service on the Day of the Ukrainian Volunteer.
In 2024, the company continuously helped the military with spare parts and fuel and lubricants. It also provided free repairs of equipment at its own service station.
This made it possible to quickly restore the vehicles, which were then sent back to the front to perform combat missions. The military vehicles were in various conditions and required repairs of varying degrees of complexity.
Recently, the company handed over a Mercedes-Benz Vito for the Special Operations Forces (SOF) soldiers who are performing combat missions in the Kherson sector.
Cars at the front are not a luxury, but a vital resource for the defenders. Maneuverability, speed and mobility are what often save lives and help to successfully perform combat missions. That’s why the company tries to systematically help the military, in particular by repairing vehicles.
Conducting transparent business and supporting the state economy is another important activity of the socially responsible company Auto-Region. In 2022, the company paid UAH 62.2 million in taxes to the state budget, and in 2023 – UAH 42 million. This was the basis for granting the company the status of a critical enterprise by the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine.
The company pays special attention to social responsibility: it actively creates jobs for combat veterans and internally displaced persons. The company is actively creating jobs for war veterans, combatants and internally displaced persons, as well as preserving jobs and continuing to pay salaries to mobilized employees. This allows the company to operate in a time of war, providing support to the army and ensuring the stable operation of the company. These aspects are now key to maintaining the country’s economy and defense capabilities.
This is another significant contribution to supporting Ukrainians and strengthening the state in this difficult time.
