The funds will be used to protect air defence systems that are the target of enemy air attacks, particularly in the frontline areas. Nova Poshta will double all the donations you transfer to the “Come Back Alive“account .
Ukraine’s air defence is one of the main targets of the enemy. Russian missiles and drones are constantly trying to destroy the systems and command posts that protect our cities and critical infrastructure, and cover the frontline. Military, anti-aircraft missile systems and other equipment are under threat.
The security of these systems means peace of mind for each of us. That’s why the Come Back Alive Foundation and Nova Poshta are launching the “REBT so REBT. Let’s confuse the enemy”, a project to strengthen air defence.
As a result of the project, Come Back Alive will train the military and provide the Eastern and Southern Military Commands with two walls of defence: electronic warfare (EW) systems, electronic intelligence (EW), anti-aircraft FPV drones, secure communications, and transport. This will help to confuse enemy reconnaissance drones, as well as provide air defence fighters with mobility and reliable communication during their work.
An extremely important component of the project is the training of people and the exchange of experience between units. The mobile electronic warfare/reconnaissance teams have been created from scratch and will undergo a special course developed by the Come Back Alive Foundation. These teams will protect those who protect us. For example, they will detect and suppress enemy UAVs while accompanying Patriot divisions.
“Enemy reconnaissance drones are followed by enemy missiles, so this project is literally about protecting air defence, and as a result, protecting all of us. As part of the initiative, we will provide the first cover groups created in the Air Force that will confuse the enemy with electronic warfare and electronic warfare, as well as fight Russian UAVs using anti-aircraft FPV drones – a new, effective and much cheaper solution than SAM missiles,” comments Oleh Karpenko, Deputy Director of the Come Back Alive initiative.
The funds raised will be used to purchase:
- Upgraded FPV drones and components to destroy enemy reconnaissance UAVs such as Supercam, ZALA, Orlan-10. This is a cheaper and more effective solution than using anti-aircraft missile systems.
- Transport to increase the mobility of Air Force units, as well as electronic warfare and reconnaissance specialists.
- Secure communications equipment: mobile command posts and backpacks for mobile fire teams that will ensure autonomous operation.
- Electronic warfare/electronic warfare equipment that, on the one hand, intercepts and analyses enemy signals, and, on the other hand, disorients the enemy and jams its satellite and mobile communications.
100% of the project’s solutions are either entirely Ukrainian or a combination of our military experience and Western equipment.
How to get involved?
Support the “REBUILD so REBUILD. Let’s confuse the enemy” can be supported through the Nova Poshta app, by donating to the “bank” or by using the details on the project page. Nova Poshta will match all donations: if you donate UAH 100, Nova Poshta will add another UAH 100. If you donate UAH 20,000, UAH 200,000, or even a million, Nova Poshta will transfer the same amount.
This is the second joint project of Nova Poshta and the Come Back Alive Foundation to strengthen the protection of Ukraine’s airspace. Last year, as part of the “Pack the Sky – Upgrade Air Defence” campaign, the partners raised UAH 330 million to strengthen the Centre Air Defence Complex.
