RadaBank joins eOselya: 11 banks now provide loans

Radabank, a private bank, has signed a general agreement and cooperation agreements with the Ukrainian Financial Housing Company (Ukrfinzhytlo) and became the 11th participant in the state program of preferential mortgages “eOselya”. This was reported by Komersant ukrainskyi with reference to Ukrfinzhytlo.

As part of the eHouse program, Ukrainians will be able to purchase ready-made housing at Radabank.

RadaBank can already be selected in the mobile application “Diia” for mortgage registration.

“By joining the eHouse program, we continue to cooperate with the state to support business and the public. Our social mission is no less important than our business mission,” commented Andriy Grygel, Chairman of the Board of Rada Bank.

You can apply for an eHome loan at 11 partner banks: Oschadbank, Privatbank, Ukrgasbank, Globus Bank, Sky Bank, SENSE BANK, Bank Credit Dnipro, MTB BANK, TASKOMBANK, BISBANK and Radabank.

Terms of participation:

  • Fixed interest rate of 3% or 7% depending on the category.
  • The minimum down payment is 20% of the cost of housing, for citizens under 26 years of age – 10%.

Using the Diia app, you can apply for a loan in a few clicks and get a preliminary decision without visiting a banking institution.

  • Receive offers from banks, choose one of them
  • Pass data and document verification in the selected bank
  • Choose the housing you plan to buy: choose the property you want to buy; provide the bank with the documents necessary to obtain a loan
  • Conclude agreements with the bank and the purchase and sale agreement: the real estate is registered in your ownership; the loan funds are transferred by the bank to the account of the seller of the real estate

The state program of affordable mortgage lending eOselya has been operating in Ukraine since October 2022. As of today, more than 14.5 thousand families have purchased their own housing under the program for more than UAH 23.6 billion.

The eHousing program is implemented by the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine in cooperation with the Ministry of Digital Transformation and Ukrfinzhytl.

RadaBank is based in Dnipro, where most of its branches are located. The bank also has branches (28 in total) in Kyiv, Kharkiv, Zaporizhzhia (three each), and one branch each in Odesa, Ternopil, Cherkasy, Vinnytsia, Khmelnytskyi, Poltava, and Mykolaiv.

The main shareholders of the bank are the Gorodnitsky family.

The bank’s assets amounted to UAH 7.1 billion as of the first half of 2024.
