FUIB has launched “We are of the same blood” skins in the mobile application that save lives

FUIB Bank has created digital skins with images from the “We are of one blood” merchandise collections in its mobile application – these are not just skins for the card, but your contribution to the delivery of blood for the wounded. 10,000 skins installed by users means potentially 1,500 lives saved.

Anyone who installs the new “We are of the same blood” skin on a FUIB card in the mobile application has the opportunity to help the wounded. The project team combined stylish card design and social responsibility: for each newly installed charity skin, the bank donates UAH 5 to blood donations every month. the 10,000 skins installed by users will ensure almost 1 , 500 lives saved. The bank’s partner DonorUA organizes the transportation of donated blood to frontline hospitals and stabilization centers. One trip of a special bus equipped with refrigerators costs about UAH 50 thousand.

FUIB provides a chain from donation to delivery of blood to where it is needed most. This is how the social project “We Are of the Same Blood” was created: merchandise from Ukrainian manufacturers and illustrators, 50% of the sales of which are transferred to the purchase of tacmed hemostatic agents and blood delivery to hot spots. The project also includes open blood donations.

Each new design in the We Are One Blood skin collection tells a story of Ukrainians. “Love is worth everything ” features minimalist lines from one of the most famous poets, Serhiy Zhadan. “Ethno” and “Birdie” depict traditional patterns and a symbol of freedom in a modern style. “Borsch: Victory of Taste ” is our culinary cultural heritage. “Endemic Flowers” shows the nature of Ukraine, which we are now protecting. “Our Will” is a tribute to those who are holding the frontline.

Thanks to the charity merchandise “We are of the same blood”, FUIB has been spreading the culture of blood donation in Ukraine for more than 2.5 years . During this time, the need for blood has not decreased, so our mission remains unchanged. So far, 100 trips to “zero” have been financed thanks to FUIB’s “We are of the same blood” initiative.

DonorUA delivers blood to hospitals in Dnipro, Zaporizhzhia and other frontline cities, or to points where it is immediately loaded into military vehicles that supply blood to stabilization centers.

That is why “Not Just Skins ” was created to continue this initiative. Each skin installed for your card is an effective help and a sign of support for Ukrainians who are fighting for our lives.
