Weather forecast for June 3: hail, thunderstorms and wind

Today, June 3, the weather in Ukraine will be mostly warm, but with short-term rains and thunderstorms in many regions. This is reported by "Komersant Ukrainian" with reference to the Ukrainian Weather Center.
According to weather forecasters, partly cloudy weather is expected, with cloudy skies in the west of the country.
At night, rains will cover the northwestern regions, and during the day, precipitation with thunderstorms will occur in the western, northern and most central regions. In some places, hail and squally gusts of wind up to 15-20 m/s are possible.
In Volyn, Rivne, Zhytomyr, and Vinnytsia regions, forecasters warn of heavy rains. In the rest of the regions, the day will be without significant precipitation.
The wind is expected to be from the southwest at a speed of 7-12 m/s. The temperature background will remain summer: at night, the air will warm up to 13-18°C. During the day, in most regions, the temperature is expected to reach 24 to 29 degrees Celsius. It will be hottest in the South and East – up to 32°C. In the western regions, however, it will be slightly cooler: 19…24°C.
Forecasters have issued a storm warning – the first level of danger. It has been issued in the western, northern, Vinnytsia, Rivne, Zhytomyr, and Volyn regions. There will be heavy rains, hail, thunderstorms and squalls of 15-20 m/s.
“Weather conditions can lead to complications in the work of energy, construction, utility companies and traffic,” the statement said.
