Weather forecast for November 19: cloudy, partly rain and sleet

Today, November 19, Ukraine will be without precipitation. The air temperature will be 4…7 degrees, in the south the thermometer will rise to 7…12, and in Crimea it will be truly spring weather – up to 14 degrees Celsius. This was reported by weather forecaster Natalia Didenko, Komersant ukrainskyiKomersant Ukrainian informs

“On November 20, precipitation will begin only in western Ukraine, but the temperature is expected to jump to 8-15 degrees. The only exceptions are the west and northeast, 7-9 degrees. But starting November 21, atmospheric fronts will bring difficult weather with rain, snow, sleet and strong winds. And eventually, a planned cold snap,” the forecaster wrote on social media.

On November 19, no precipitation is expected in Kyiv, with daytime temperatures reaching 7 degrees, and on November 20, it will warm up to 11 degrees.

The weather in the capital is expected to deteriorate starting November 21: rain turning to snow, sleet, gale force winds, and cold snap.

According to the Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Center, on November 19, Ukraine is expected to experience variable weather with mostly cloudy skies and localized precipitation.

According to forecasts, in the western and, in some places, in the northern regions, there may be light rain with sleet at night. In the rest of the country – without significant precipitation.

Air temperature:

  • At night: will range from 3° to -2°.
  • During the day: 3° to 8° is expected, and in the southern regions the temperature can reach 13°.

Wind: Southwest, 7-12 m/s.

In the Carpathians, wind gusts of up to 15-20 m/s are possible, which creates additional risks for tourists and drivers.

Residents of the western and northern regions should be prepared for wet snow and wet roads, which may hamper traffic.

Strong winds in the Carpathians may affect the safety of travelers, so they should avoid difficult routes.

In the southern regions, the weather will remain warm, favorable for walking and outdoor recreation.
