President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy met with representatives of the Council for Support of Entrepreneurship under Martial Law. This is reported by Komersant ukrainskyi with reference to the Presidential Office.

The event was attended by owners and managers of the largest Ukrainian companies operating in the fields of pharmaceuticals, logistics, agriculture, energy, telecommunications, services, finance and banking, as well as defense industry enterprises.

Zelenskyy thanked the attendees for keeping their businesses and continuing to operate in Ukraine.

“Of course, for us, saving jobs is not just an abstract thing. It makes it possible to survive this war. And again, this is not for the sake of eloquence, but because I understand that only motivated people can achieve peace in Ukraine,” the President emphasized.

Separately, Zelenskyy noted that the state is doing everything possible to strengthen air defense and bring a just and lasting peace to Ukraine.

“During the meeting, we discussed a number of specific issues related to various areas. In particular, we discussed the continuation of the Made in Ukraine economic platform. Entrepreneurs noted the effect of the implementation of this initiative and proposed to expand it to the security and defense sector,” the statement said.

According to the Head of State, the issues raised and the proposals voiced will be processed by the relevant state agencies.
