Volodymyr Groysman’s father dies: details (photo)

Former Prime Minister of Ukraine Volodymyr Groysman has lost his father. The politician announced his death on his Facebook page on January 7, Komersant ukrainskyi reports.
Groysman posted a photo with his father Borys.
“My Father, my Friend. Thank you for everything. I love you. Rest in peace. RIP, my dear,” the former Prime Minister wrote.
What is known about Borys Groysman
Borys Isaakovych Groysman was born on August 22, 1946 in Vinnytsia.
Since 1962, he has worked as a turner at the Vinnytsia Aggregate Plant. After serving in the Soviet Army, he graduated from the VTEP with a degree in Electro-Vacuum Production Technology. Throughout his life, he held various positions at city enterprises.
In 1990, he became the head of the Shkolyar cooperative, and in 1994 he founded the Yunist private enterprise, where he worked as CEO.
He was a member of the Vinnytsia City Council in 2002-2006, 2010-2015, and 2015-2020.
Borys Groysman died on January 6, 2025. He was 78 years old.
