We would like to remind you that Andriy Portnov held a position in the Presidential Administration of Yanukovych from 2011 to 2014. He openly opposed the Maidan, after which he left for Russia and later for Austria. In 2014-2015, Portnov was on the EU sanctions list due to his involvement in misappropriation of public funds and human rights violations.
