First semifinal of Eurovision Song Contest 2025: who won (list)

The first semifinal of the Eurovision Song Contest took place in the Swiss city of Basel. This was reported by "Komersant Ukrainian" with reference to the official Eurovision website.
Representatives of 15 countries, including Ukraine, took the stage.
Ukraine was represented by the band Ziferblat with the song Bird of Pray. They performed at number 5 in the first semi-final.
The costumes for the performance were designed by Ivan Frolov, who has already dressed Ukrainian artists for Eurovision, including Tvorchi, Jamala, and Tina Karol. The designer has also worked with artists such as Beyoncé and Sabrina Carpenter.
Sweden, the bookmakers’ favorite, also performed in the first semifinal.
It should be noted that Spain, Italy, and Switzerland automatically qualified for the final.
