The Ministry of Economy has explained that the process of paying out funds under the National Cashback program for December and January is being processed.

The Ministry said that cashback is usually paid on the 20th of the month, but this time there was a delay. The Ministry of Economy says that operational processes take longer than expected.
The ministry also added that 3.4 million Ukrainians will receive UAH 714 million in cashback during the two months of winter. Payments will be received “soon”.
What is known about the national cashback?
Back in February 2024, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy announced that the government was developing a state cashback program called Buy Ukrainian, under which Ukrainian citizens would be able to receive compensation for part of the payment for goods and services produced in Ukraine.
According to him, the goal of this program is “to keep Ukrainian money in Ukraine and working in Ukraine.”
In early September 2024, the program was officially launched. Funds for this project were allocated by the state: UAH 3 billion will be spent in 2024, and UAH 6 billion in 2025.
Thus, for the purchase of Ukrainian goods, the buyer will be able to receive a cashback of 10% of the value of the goods. The amount of cashback per customer cannot be less than UAH 2 and cannot exceed UAH 3 thousand per month.
