Reserve update: wanted notices and submission for contract

The mobile application “Reserve” will send Ukrainians push notifications if a person is put on the wanted list or removed from it. Deputy Defense Minister Kateryna Chernogorenko announced the update and expansion of the functionality on April 22 on her Facebook page, "Komersant Ukrainian" reports.

According to the deputy head of the relevant ministry, the new version of Reserve 1.6.0 is already available to users.

“Reserve will send push notifications if you are put on the wanted list or removed from it. So that you don’t find out about your status unexpectedly at a checkpoint or at the border. This is about respect for people and transparency of the state’s actions,” Chernogorenko wrote.

Application for the “18-24” contract

Young citizens aged 18 to 24 can apply for a voluntary one-year contract with the Armed Forces of Ukraine directly through the app. The program provides for an extended financial and social package, including the possibility to choose the place of military medical examination.

Bug fixes

The developers have eliminated a number of technical deficiencies, which improved the stability and performance of the application.

Additional features of the Reserve app

Electronic military ticket. Users can create an electronic document that has the legal force of a paper document with a unique QR code for quick verification.

Updating personal data. The application allows you to update personal information without the need to visit territorial recruitment centers.

Search for vacancies in the Armed Forces ofUkraine. The integrated recruitment service helps to find current vacancies in the Ukrainian Defense Forces, with the ability to filter by brigade, specialty or rank.

How to use the official mobile service for persons liable for military service “Reserve”

Download and install

Go to Google Play (Android) or App Store (iOS).

In the search box, enter “Reserve” (look for the plus sign).

Install the application. It is free of charge.

Log in to the application

Open the app.

Log in using Diia.Signature:

If you do not have Diia.Signature yet, you need to activate it in the Diia app.

When you log in to the app, start the signature procedure – confirm it in Diia, and you’re done.

Main menu

After logging in, the main screen opens, where the following sections are available:

• My profile. Military registration check: data, status, place of registration. QR code of the electronic military card. Update your personal data without going to the TCC.
• Notifications. News, status changes, invitations or other important information appear here.
• Search for vacancies. Current vacancies in the Armed Forces of Ukraine – by place of residence or specialty. You can apply for participation in the selection process right in the app.
• Contract “18-24”. Application for contract service for young people. Everything is online: filling out the form, choosing a unit, waiting for a response.
• MEC (military medical commission). Submitting an application for the commission. Choice of place and time (pilot launch in several regions).
• Search. Checking whether you are in the database of persons wanted for evasion.

How to update your data

1. Log in to My Profile.
2. Click “Update data”.
3. Make changes (for example, place of residence, education, contact information).
4. Approve the changes using Diia.Signature.

How to apply for service

1. In the section “Contract 18-24” or “Search for vacancies”, select a unit or area.
2. Fill out the online form.
3. Wait for a response – it will appear in notifications.
