Storm warning issued: forecasters predict thunderstorms and wind

A storm warning has been issued in Ukraine for today, May 19. This is reported by "Komersant Ukrainian" with reference to the Ukrainian Weather Center.
According to forecasters, thunderstorms are expected in the southern, eastern, central, Chernihiv and Sumy regions.
Also in the southeastern part of the country, wind gusts will reach 15-20 m/s.
Due to the bad weather, the first level of danger, yellow, has been declared in these regions.
According to the Ukrainian Weather Center, there will be moderate rains in Zakarpattia and Prykarpattia during the day; thunderstorms in the southern, central, eastern, Chernihiv and Sumy regions during the day.
Wind southwest, west, 7-12 m / s; in the afternoon in the southeastern part gusts of 15-20 m / s.
The temperature in the south and east of the country will be 7-12° at night, 15-20° during the day; in the rest of the country at night 4-9°, during the day 12-17°, in Transcarpathia and Prykarpattia 8-13°.
In the Carpathians, moderate, in some places significant wet snow and rain; temperature at night and during the day 0-5° Celsius.
