The postal service operator Nova Poshta has raised tariffs for the delivery of documents, parcels and cargo from 1 October. This is reported by Komersant ukrainskyi with reference to the press service of Nova Poshta.
“Tariffs will rise by an average of UAH 10 depending on the category of parcel: small, medium or large. At the same time, we have cancelled some payments, such as the fee for the declared value when returning parcels,” the statement said.
Nova Poshta also offers free services to its customers:
- free easy return from the buyer to the seller if the goods do not fit,
- free parcel forwarding within Ukraine until the parcel arrives at the point of receipt,
- free forwarding within the city, even if the parcel has already arrived at the point of receipt,
- free packaging in branded packages of 0.5 kg, 1 kg, 2 kg, 4 kg and envelopes for documents.
“During the great war in Ukraine, prices for energy – electricity and fuel – which make up a significant share of the cost of our services, as well as for other things, have increased. For example, consumer prices increased by 7.5%, while the inflation rate is 8.2%. The increase in tariffs will allow us to continue working and create an opportunity for Ukrainians to receive their parcels as quickly as possible,” said Nova Poshta.
From 01.10.2024, the following tariffs are in effect:
- Documents – UAH 65. The price already includes a branded cardboard envelope
- Parcels up to 30 kg. “Nova Poshta can pack your parcel for free in a branded package of 0.5 kg, 1 kg, 2 kg and 4 kg. When sending through a postal machine, the fixed cost of packaging is 15 UAH.
Delivery within the city:
- up to 2 kg – 60 UAH
- up to 10 kg – 90 UAH
- up to 30 kg – 140 UAH
Delivery within Ukraine:
- up to 2 kg – 80 UAH
- up to 10 kg – 110 UAH
- up to 30 kg – 160 UAH
Cargoes over 30 kg:
- between branches in the city 0.5 UAH/kg
- between branches in Ukraine: 1 UAH/kg
