No significant precipitation is expected in Ukraine today, December 4. This was reported by weather forecaster Natalia Didenko, "Komersant Ukrainian" reports

The wind is quiet, not strong, from the southeast. The air temperature again does not change much,” Didenko wrote on Telegram.
Next night in Ukraine it will be 0-4 degrees below zero, it may be slippery. During the day on Wednesday, December 4, it is expected to be from 2 degrees below zero to 4 degrees above zero, in Crimea 4-6, in the south of Crimea up to 6-10 degrees.
In Kyiv, on December 4, it will be without significant precipitation, -1-3 degrees at night, near zero during the day. The first more noticeable precipitation will appear on St. Nicholas Day, December 6, the forecaster predicts.
According to the Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Center, today, December 4, the weather in Ukraine will be mostly cloudy but without precipitation. At night and in the morning, there may be fog in the west and northeast of the country, which may reduce visibility on the roads. The wind is forecast to be southeast, with a speed of 3-8 m/s.
Temperatures at night will range from 0 to 5° below zero, with around 0° in the southern and western regions. In the Carpathians, 5-10° below zero is expected at night. During the day, the temperature in most regions will be between 2° below zero and 3° above zero, in the southern and western regions – up to 5° above zero, and in Crimea – up to 9°. In the Carpathians, the temperature will be around 0°.
Overall, the day is expected to be calm, with no significant weather changes, but fog may be a challenge for drivers, so be careful.
