National Bank adds 3 more companies to the “collection register”

The National Bank of Ukraine has included three companies in the register of collection companies. These decisions were made by the Committee on Supervision and Regulation of Non-Banking Financial Services Markets, according to the 
The National Bank of Ukraine has included Manitime LLC (EDRPOU 45301167), Law Firm “Emergency Legal Assistance” LLC (EDRPOU 43965408) and Credit Recovery Bureau LLC (EDRPOU 45388761) in the register of collection companies.
The NBU reminded that only companies included in the above register are entitled to provide services for the settlement of consumer loan debt in favour of other persons.

The requirements for the registration of collection companies were formed with the entry into force on 14 July 2021 of the Law on Amendments to Certain Laws of Ukraine on Consumer Protection in the Settlement of Overdue Debts. The law allowed to reform the market of collection services in Ukraine.
