At a meeting on 5 September, members of the Verkhovna Rada dismissed Vitaliy Koval as head of the State Property Fund of Ukraine at the second attempt. This was reported by Komersant ukrainskyi with reference to MP Yaroslav Zheleznyak on Telegram.
Koval’s resignation was put to a vote in parliament yesterday, 4 September , but there were not enough votes to dismiss him – the decision was supported by 225 MPs.
Today, an air raid alert was launched during the consideration of Koval’s dismissal from the position of the head of the State Property Fund. The meeting of the Rada continued after the alarm ended.
Koval’s dismissal was supported by 261 MPs.
Afterwards, the head of the faction, David Arakhamia, said that Vitaliy Koval would head the Ministry of Agrarian Policy.

- Mykola Tochytskyi as Minister of Culture and Strategic Communications of Ukraine.
It is worth noting that at a meeting on 4 September, members of the Verkhovna Rada applauded the resignation of Justice Minister Denys Malyuska.
According to the source of Kommersant Ukrayinsky, the dismissed Deputy Prime Minister for European and Euro-Atlantic Integration of Ukraine Olha Stefanishyna may head the Ministry of Justice instead of Denys Malyuska.
Earlier, the Verkhovna Rada dismissed Minister for Strategic Industries Oleksandr Kamyshyn.
The information of Kommersant Ukrainskiy’s interlocutors about the dismissal of the Deputy Head of the Presidential Office Rostyslav Shurma was confirmed. On 3 September, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy dismissed Rostyslav Shurma from his post.
