The CF “Modern Ukraine” will soon present a mural titled “The Wise Reigns Over the Stars”, which is currently being created by a well-known Ukrainian muralist Volodymyr Manzhos.
A well-known Ukrainian muralist Volodymyr Manzhos is working on a new mural in Podil, which will be dedicated to the heroic work of the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine.
The new mural is part of the large-scale GURKIT by GUR charity campaign of the Modern Ukraine Foundation. The aim of the initiative is to raise UAH 10,000,000 for the purchase of a modern Ukrainian drone “Magura”, which will help Ukrainian reconnaissance men in performing their combat missions.
The project has already attracted public attention, and it is expected that the completed mural will become another popular destination for tourists and locals. The artist is confident that this project will have a strong emotional impact, as each of his mural is not just a picture, but a deep story through images and symbols.
“This mural should become a visual reminder of the efforts made by Ukrainian intelligence officers to protect our country,” said Volodymyr Manzhos.
The presentation of the mural titled “The Wise Rule Over the Stars” will take place next week in Podil.
Also, as part of the campaign, the organisers have created an innovative game where anyone can add their own GURKOT as a Magura drone operator and upload their footage. Players will have the opportunity to personally test the drone’s performance and practice shooting down enemy ships.
The organisers will hold a prize draw among all donors: an iPhone 15, JBL GO 3 speakers, an exclusive postage stamp with a mural of the GUR Day created by Volodymyr Manzhos, an A2 copy of the mural of the GUR and 10 printed copies signed by Kirill Budanov.
