In Odesa region, a court seized a marine agricultural terminal associated with businessman Ihor Kolomoisky and transferred it to the Asset Recovery and Management Agency (ARMA). This was reported by the press service of the Bureau of Economic Security (BES), "Komersant Ukrainian" reports.

A whole range of objects was seized: buildings, structures, gas pipelines, unloading trucks, conveyors, a cargo crane, a berth and related infrastructure located in the Odesa region. The company in question is Agroterminal Logistic, a grain transshipment and warehouse complex that was pledged to the National Bank of Ukraine.

According to the investigation, back in 2016, officials of a number of companies carried out illegal transactions with the property of the agricultural terminal in an attempt to get it out of the pledge. In 2024, the same entities continued their attempts, deliberately failing to fulfill their obligations to the lender, which could have led to the loss of the property to the bank.

The BES notes that the company that owns the facility is affiliated with a businessman against whom the National Security and Defense Council imposed personal sanctions. According to Ekonomichna Pravda, this is Ihor Kolomoisky.

A pre-trial investigation is underway. ARMA must ensure the safety of assets and their objective assessment.
