Compulsory evacuation of families with children in some villages announced in Dnipropetrovs’k region

Evacuation of families with children was announced in some settlements of Mezhivska community in Dnipropetrovska oblast. People are asked to take their documents and necessary things with them. This was reported by "Komersant Ukrainian" with reference to the Mezhivska rural territorial community.

The decision was made on the order of the head of the Dnipropetrovs’k Regional Military Administration, Serhiy Lysak.

The evacuation concerns residents of the villages of Kolona Mezhova, Novopidhorodne, Raypole and Sukhareva Balka, who must leave these settlements by force.

“The evacuation will be carried out by vehicles upon prior agreement on the date and time of departure with mandatory registration at the collection point in Mezhova village,” the statement said.

People should bring important documents, money, medicines, food and water for several days, as well as warm clothes and shoes.
