The mistake was corrected in less than two hours.
on 27 August, the Ministry of Education and Science launched an all-Ukrainian survey on the “real state of education” on its website. The survey participants, including parents, schoolchildren, teachers and students, were asked to express their opinions on the problems in the educational system that need to be addressed immediately, as well as to assess their level of satisfaction with the quality of education.
The survey appeared on the Ministry’s website at 15:05 and began with a standard questionnaire: “Where do you live now?”. Respondents had to choose their region from a list. However, the list included Lutsk region between Luhansk and Lviv regions, and did not include Volyn region.
At 16:50, less than two hours later, the mistake was discovered and corrected. Lutsk region disappeared from the list and Volyn region appeared instead.
