The Defense Ministry is buying several hundred robots for the front line
15 November 09:08The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine has signed a number of contracts to supply robotic systems to the frontline. This was stated by the Minister of Defense of Ukraine Rustem Umerov, Komersant ukrainskyi reports
“We are purchasing robotic systems for our defenders! In 10 months of 2024, the Defense Procurement Agency of the Ministry of Defense signed 16 contracts worth almost UAH 300 million for the purchase of several hundred reconnaissance and strike, logistics and other complexes that will help our combat units and save the lives of soldiers,”
– Umerov said.
According to the minister, the peculiarity of these technological developments is that they are all created by Ukrainian manufacturers.
