After Europe and the United States, the Ukrainian company Lviv Croissants has opened its first establishment in Asia and is already offering its branded croissants in the business district of the South Korean capital. This was reported by the press service of the Ukrainian company, "Komersant Ukrainian" reports.

“The menu includes croissants that have already become hits in Ukraine, Europe, and the United States, and as many as 20 brand-new drinks with an Asian flavor,” the statement said.

To adapt the menu and find local suppliers of products, Lviv Croissants’ brand chefs toured Korea and conducted several food tests. According to LIGA.net, it turned out that Koreans like croissants from the Lviv Croissants branded menu the most. Instead, the drink menu was almost completely changed in accordance with the tastes of Koreans: they were developed in cooperation with the franchisee.

It was decided to outsource the production of croissants for the time being. To do this, suppliers of all ingredients were found, production was set up, and the technology and recipe were adapted to local conditions.

The Ukrainian company had been preparing for the opening in Seoul for about a year. According to the franchise terms, the central office of Lviv Croissants provided assistance in creating menus and flow charts, setting up an accounting system, and marketing support.

As you know, in February, Lviv Croissants opened its first restaurant in France, in Caen. In August last year, the chain started operating in the United States, with a partner restaurant in the suburbs of Atlanta, Georgia. In the same month, the first Slovakian Lviv Croissants opened its doors in Bratislava, and in October, Lviv croissants could be tasted in the Czech Republic, in the heart of Prague. There are 11 locations in Poland.

The first Lviv Croissants bakery was opened on March 5, 2015 in Lviv. Since then, the company has grown into a national franchise network with a wide range of large freshly baked croissants with various fillings. In total, the chain has almost 200 locations.

As reported by Zaxid.net, Lviv Croissants is part of the Fast Food Franchising Group with its headquarters in Lviv. The founders of Lviv Croissants are Andriy and Yevhen Halytsky, Orest Pechenko and Yuriy Zagrodsky.
