Lukashenko arrives in Moscow: what will he do there (video)

Self-proclaimed President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko has arrived in Moscow for talks with Russian leader Vladimir Putin. This was reported by [Kommersant] reports with reference to the Belarusian media.

Lukashenka plans to take part in a meeting of the Council of Leaders of the CIS member states scheduled for 8 October. According to media reports, the leaders of the Commonwealth are expected to consider issues related to security, high technology, trade, economic, cultural and humanitarian cooperation.

By the way, when Lukashenka was greeted after he stepped off the plane, one of the Russian representatives called the self-proclaimed head of Belarus “your excellency”. The dictator replied: “What excellency? Where have you seen it?”.
