Proceeds from the sale of Taisiya Povaliy’s property will be used to rebuild Ukraine

According to the decision of the High Anti-Corruption Court, assets belonging to Taisiya Povaliy were recovered as state revenue and transferred to the State Property Fund of Ukraine in compliance with the requirements of the Law of Ukraine “On Sanctions”. This was reported by the State Property Fund, Komersant ukrainskyi reports.
In particular, we are talking about a 2009 BMW 740 LI vehicle, a domestically produced device for firing ammunition, as well as property rights to music and lyrics to the songs “I’ll Hug You,” “Love, Understand and Listen,” “Guardian Angels,” “Forever,” “I Just Want,” “Love Beads,” “More Than Close,” “I’m Flying Far with You Blue,” and “Good Morning.”
Also, according to the State Property Fund, assets in respect of which Taisiya Povaliy can directly or indirectly perform actions identical in content to the exercise of the right of disposal were collected to the state. In particular, it is about 7 land plots in Kyiv region, 2 residential buildings in Kyiv-Svyatoshynskyi district of Kyiv, a 2017 BMW X5 vehicle, 3 domestically produced devices for firing ammunition.
The State Property Fund of Ukraine explained that the agency is taking measures to properly recover property and property rights, including the rights to music and lyrics of Taisiya Povaliy’s works, which have been transferred to the Fund’s management. As noted, these actions are aimed at filling the Fund for the Elimination of the Consequences of Armed Aggression, and, accordingly, providing funding for the restoration of Ukraine and support for the affected regions.
