Yulia Svyrydenko, First Vice Prime Minister of Ukraine and Minister of Economy, has reported significant progress in the electronic booking of employees of critical enterprises through the Diia portal.
Since the launch of the service, about 160,000 employees of critical enterprises and those working for the needs of the Security and Defence Forces have received bookings through Diia.
This brings the total number of booked people in Ukraine to 770,000.
The booking process through Diia is automatic, which significantly reduces the time required to submit documents and receive results.
The largest number of booked employees was recorded in the following regions:
- Kyiv region – 55 thousand.
- Dnipropetrovska oblast – 16.6 thousand.
- Lviv region – 13.7 thousand.
- Kharkiv region – 9.7 thousand.
- Odesa region – 7.7 thousand.
Booking algorithm through Diia:
- The ministries and regional military administrations add companies to the Unified List of Critical Organisations.
- The head of the company submits the lists for booking through the Diia portal, certifying the application with an electronic signature.
- The system automatically checks official employment and the availability of data in the Oberig register.
- Within a day, the supervisor receives a notification of the outcome of the review.
- In case of a positive decision, the person liable for military service is automatically transferred to a special military register, and information about the reservation appears in the Reserve application.
Svyrydenko emphasised that businesses are actively using the new system, especially in Kyiv, Dnipro and Lviv regions. She also noted that this option remains available for those who wish to receive paper reservations.
