The Cabinet of Ministers has transferred for privatisation a number of state-owned facilities managed by the Ministry of Energy, the Ministry of Health and other government agencies. This was announced by the Ministry of Economy, Komersant ukrainskyi reports
The government has transferred for privatisation a number of objects managed by the Ministry of Energy, the Ministry of Health and other state institutions. These are six property complexes that the State Property Fund will prepare for privatisation. The State Property Fund was also transferred to manage the state’s corporate rights to the joint-stock company Lisichanskugol.
The list includes six property complexes to be prepared for privatisation by the State Property Fund:
- Kherson State Enterprise Biological Factory (previously owned by the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection);
- State Enterprise Kherson Regional Self-Supporting Veterinary and Sanitary Detachment (previously at the disposal of the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection);
- Second paramilitary mining rescue detachment (formerly at the disposal of the Ministry of Energy);
- SE “Ukrmeddiyalnist” (formerly at the disposal of the Ministry of Health);
- SE “Ukrmedproektbud” (formerly at the disposal of the Ministry of Health);
- State Enterprise Zhytomyr Distillery (formerly at the disposal of the State Administration of Affairs).
The SPF also received the state’s corporate rights to the joint-stock company Lisichanskugol.
