“eDozwil” is already making it easier for businesses to operate

On the Diya portal, entrepreneurs have the opportunity to submit a declaration of compliance of material and technical base with labor protection requirements. This was reported by the Ukrainian Ministry of Economy, Komersant ukrainskyi reports.

The service became available on the portal in the section “Business” as an independent service.

This service also remains part of a comprehensive public service “ePidpriyemets”. Previously, the registration of this document could take up to 5 days, but now you can submit it in seconds online.

“Each improvement on the portal is a step towards ensuring fast and efficient interaction with state authorities. In 2024 alone, 12,612 declarations were registered, which shows the high demand for the service and its importance for business,” said Deputy Minister of Economy of Ukraine for Digital Development, Digital Transformation and Digitalization Alexander Tsibort.

The Ministry of Economy reminded that the declaration of conformity of the material and technical base is a document that must be submitted to the State Committee of Ukraine by enterprises operating heavy machinery and mechanisms. Due to incorrect filling of declarations, some of them returned the document and had to start the process all over again.

However, it is impossible to submit an incorrect declaration in eDozvol. The algorithm will see the error and point to it when filling it out so that it can be corrected immediately. If the system accepts the declaration, there will be no refunds.

How to use the eDozvilservice

1. Follow the link: Dia – Registration of Declaration of Conformity.

2. Click “Submit Declaration” and authorize via CEP or Diya.Pidpis.

3. Fill out the form with your business and facility details.

4. Familiarize yourself with the declaration and sign with an electronic signature.

The eDozvil project is implemented by the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine in partnership with the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine and funded by the European Union under the EU4DigitalUA project, which is implemented by FIIAPP.

The Dia app and portal is turning 5 years old. During this time there appeared more than 40 services and 130 services. The Ministry of Digital Transformation reminded about it and shared some of Diya’s plans for the future.

– AI integration. Dii will have an AI assistant, to which Ukrainians will turn if there are problems when interacting with the state. The AI chatbot “Natalka” is already working for partners who want to integrate the services of Dii.

– Services for drivers. Diya will expand the possibilities of car re-registration, add the ability to change the technical passport, register a car after customs clearance, etc.

– “eConsul”. In Diya Ukrainians abroad will be able to order a passport or ID-card, driver’s license, taxpayer card and pick up at the place of stay.

– “eNotary. There will be an electronic system that will integrate all notarial processes.

And this is not all that is planned to please users of Dii.
