Who has increased their income and how much
Over the year, 268 MPs saw their incomes increase. The average percentage increase is 28%. However, the distribution is uneven: some MPs’ incomes increased insignificantly, while some MPs, on the contrary, increased their income many times over. Vadym Stolar (plus 94%), Ihor Palytsia (plus 87%), and Ivan Tchaikovsky (plus 87%) saw their incomes increase the most in 2024 as a percentage of 2023.
What salaries do MPs receive?
The average annual salary of MPs in 2024 was about UAH 747 thousand, which is 13% higher than their average salary in 2023.
In 2024, 153 MPs had salaries of 50% or more of their total income.
The highest salary of UAH 1.6 million was declared in 2024 by Anatoliy Ostapenko, a member of the Servant of the People faction. His salary more than doubled compared to 2023.

What monetary assets do MPs manage?
In 2024, the total monetary assets of the MPs of the 9th convocation amounted to UAH 14.8 billion, which is UAH 3 billion more than the MPs declared in 2023.
More than 36% (UAH 5.4 billion) of this amount is accounted for by Petro Poroshenko’s monetary assets, and accordingly, the total amount of such assets is the largest among all factions and groups of the European Solidarity.
The second place in terms of monetary assets is occupied by the Servant of the People faction, with a total amount of UAH 2.16 billion. The largest amounts among the members of this faction were declared by Oleksandr Sova (UAH 245.1 million) and Oleh Seminskyi (UAH 162.4 million).
The total amount of cash assets of the members of the “Restoration of Ukraine” group in 2024 is almost UAH 2 billion. Vadym Stolar’s cash assets account for more than 50% of this amount.
Representatives of the “Platform for Life and Peace” parliamentary group declared UAH 1.6 billion in 2024. The largest amounts were reported in the declarations of Hryhoriy Surkis (UAH 631.7 million) and Vitaliy Bort (UAH 397.2 million).
In 2024, the total monetary assets of the MPs from the “Party for the Future” group amounted to almost UAH 1.3 billion. The leaders here are Stepan Ivakhiv (UAH 650.9 million) and Oleksandr Hereha (UAH 269.8 million).
Members of the GOLOS faction declared the least amount of cash assets (UAH 124 million).
As a reminder, in addition to income and monetary assets, real estate, land plots and car fleets, more original items appeared in MPs’ declarations. The CHESNO movement has also investigated this component of the declarations.
For example, the head of the Servant of the People faction, David Arakhamia, declared the right to use a modular building free of charge and indicated that it cost 2.5 million hryvnias. Instead, Hryhoriy Surkis, an MP from the now-banned pro-Russian party OPFL, declared a composition with elements of aviation weapons purchased for UAH 600,000.
