Volodymyr Kudrytskyi, CEO of NPC Ukrenergo, has been appointed Deputy Chairman of the Council for the Restoration of Okhmatdyt. This was reported by Komersant ukrainskyi reports with reference to the official Telegram channel of the energy company.
It is known that Kudrytskyi was elected to this position at the first meeting of the Council, which took place on Tuesday, 20 August. He even had time to talk about his first steps as deputy chairman.
“Now the Council should focus on ordering the inspection of the affected buildings as soon as possible and creating a defect report. This will allow us to formulate an estimate and transparently select a company that will carry out the necessary work to prepare the buildings for winter,” Kudrytskyi said.
He added that a total of over UAH 1 billion has been raised for the reconstruction of Okhmatdyt. In particular, Ukrenergo’s contribution amounted to UAH 10 million. The mission of the Recovery Council is to ensure that all these funds are used transparently and as efficiently as possible.
It should be noted that the Board also includes Inna Ivanenko, Executive Director of the CF “Patients of Ukraine” (Chairman of the Board) and Yevhen Honchar, representative of the Ministry of Health (Secretary of the Board). In total, the Council will consist of 15 members.
