29 April 21:33
Military personnel of the TCC and JV who do not have combat experience and relevant health restrictions will be sent to serve in units that perform tasks in the areas of combat operations.
This was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Komersant ukrainskyi reports.
Thus, according to the decision of the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Oleksandr Syrskyi, they are currently checking the staffing of the TCC and JFO with personnel with combat experience. If a CCC serviceman has no combat experience and no health restrictions, he may be sent to serve in combat units.
People who have been injured or contused and are unable to perform duties in combat units due to their health condition will be appointed to their positions.
The General Staff assures that almost 70% of the military personnel of the TCC and JFO already have combat experience. Almost half of them were wounded or contused during the fighting.
Also, 20% of the personnel of the CCC and JV are civilians, i.e. members of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
The process will be coordinated by one of the deputy chiefs of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, but it is not specified who exactly.
The General Staff says it aims to improve the quality of work of the TCC and JV and “ensure compliance with the principles of social justice.”
In November 2024, the Ministry of Defense reported that 36,000 people serve in territorial recruitment centers, but half of them are limitedly fit and have already fought. In addition, there are almost 7,000 civilians and 3,000 women among the employees of military enlistment offices.
