Over the last day, 153 combat engagements were registered in the frontline. The situation was the hottest in the Pokrovsk sector, and the enemy was also active in the Kurakhove sector. This was reported by Komersant ukrainskyi
with reference to the General Staff’s report.
Yesterday, the Russians struck at the positions of Ukrainian units and settlements with one missile and 88 air strikes, dropping 146 UAVs. In addition, they carried out more than 4,400 attacks, including 141 from multiple launch rocket systems.
The aggressor carried out air strikes in the areas of Kucherivka, Studenok, Shalyhine, Obody, Esman, Revyakyne, Hlukhiv, Loknya, Banichi, Bobylivka in Sumy region; Vovchansk, Muravske, Zolochiv, Zelenyi Hai, Bohuslavka, Cherneshchyna, Iziumske in Kharkiv region; Novoyehorivka in Luhansk region; Fedorivka, Siversk, Zakitne, Chasiv Yar, Vasyukivka, Katerynivka, Toretsk, Druzhba, Kostiantynivka, Myrnohrad, Dobropillia, Rivne, Zolota Niva, Shevchenko, Kurakhove, Urozhayne, Novoukrainka, Bohoyavlenka in Donetsk region; Zaporizhzhia, Bilohiria, Novodarivka, Mala Tokmachka in Zaporizhzhia region and Olgivka in Kherson region.
Situation at the frontline
In the Kharkiv sector, three firefights took place near Vovchansk.
In the Kupyansk sector, there were 13 combat engagements. Defence forces repelled enemy assaults near Vyshneve, Kucherivka, Kruhlyakivka, Novoozynove and Lozova.
There were 12 combat engagementsin the Liman sector. The enemy attacked near Makiivka, Zarichne, Bilohorivka, Nevske and in the area of Serebryansky forest.
In the Siversky sector, there was one battle near Verkhnekamianske.
Eight firefights took placein the Kramatorsk sector. Ukrainian defenders repelled Russian assault operations near Bila Hora and Chasovyi Yar.
In the Toretsk sector, 11 combat engagements took place, including near Shcherbynivka, Toretsk and Nelipivka.
In the Pokrovsk sector, our defenders repelled 28 enemy assaults in the areas of Vozdvyzhenka, Mirolyubivka, Novotoretske, Mykolaivka, Lysivka, Selydove, Zelene Pole, Krutyi Yar and Zhuravka. The highest concentration of attacks was near Selydove.
In the Kurakhove sector, Ukrainian Armed Forces stopped 25 enemy attacks near Tsukuryno, Oleksandropol, Heorhiivka, Bohoyavlenka, Katerynivka and Kostiantynivka.
In the Vremivsk sector, Russian invaders carried out 17 offensives near Vuhledar, Bohoyavlenka, Katerynivka and Yelizavetivka.
Three firefights took placein the Orikhivsk sector. Ukrainian defenders repelled enemy attacks near Novodanilovka.
The situationin the Gulyaypillia and Prydniprovia sectors remained unchanged.
In the Volyn and Polissya directions, no signs of enemy offensive groups were detected.
On the border with Chernihiv and Sumy regions, the enemy is actively using guided aerial bombs and attack UAVs, conducting mortar and artillery shelling of Ukrainian settlements.
Russian CABs are also exploding in the Kursk region of the Russian Federation, where our troops are conducting an operation. According to available information, the enemy conducted 21 air strikes over the last day, using 30 UAVs.
Enemy losses
Yesterday, the aviation and missile forces and artillery of the Defence Forces conducted 14 strikes on the areas of concentration of enemy personnel and weapons, and also hit two artillery systems and an electronic warfare station.
In total, the Russian invaders suffered 1250 casualties over the past day. Ukrainian soldiers also neutralised five tanks, 27 armoured combat vehicles, 27 artillery systems, an air defence system, 38 operational and tactical UAVs, 53 vehicles and 16 units of occupiers’ special equipment.
