The Deposit Guarantee Fund (DGF) has announced that auctions for the sale of assets of six banks to be liquidated will be held this week (12-16 August 2024). The total initial value of the assets put up for sale is UAH 324.9 million, Komersant ukrainskyi reports, citing the DGF press service.
The auctions will be held in the Prozorro.Sale system. The structure of the assets to be sold includes:
- Loan claims worth UAH 204.4 million.
- Real estate, land plots and other fixed assets in the amount of UAH 111.7 million.
- Receivables from banks in the amount of UAH 8.8 million.
Assets of 6 former banks are offered for sale:
- JSC MEGABANK – assets totalling UAH 141.5 million.
- JSC UKRBUDINVESTBANK – assets worth UAH 78.3 million.
- JSCB CONCORD – assets worth UAH 77.9 million.
- PJSC Prominvestbank – real estate and other assets worth UAH 18.9 million.
- JSC MR BANK – real estate and other assets worth UAH 5.2 million.
- JSC BANK SICH – claims under loan agreements for UAH 3.1 million.
These banks were liquidated in 2022-2023.
The DGF reminds that the proceeds from the sale of assets will be used to settle accounts with the banks’ creditors.
