Eurovision 2025 national selection final: songs of the participants announced

Ukraine’s national public broadcaster has published the top ten songs that will compete for victory in the final of the national selection for the international song contest Eurovision 2025, Komersant ukrainskyi reports
10 finalists of the National selection on February 8 will fight for the right to represent Ukraine at Eurovision in Basel.
The winner of the National Selection and Ukraine’s representative at Eurovision-2025 will be determined by the results of the jury and audience voting during the final concert. The Eurovision evening will start at 18:00 with the pre-show, at 18:30 – the start of the National Selection broadcast.
After the problems that occurred during the voting last year, the organizers decided to improve the system to ensure greater accessibility and convenience for viewers.
The changes in voting provide the possibility to vote in Diya and via sms, which will be an alternative for those who do not have access to the Diya app. This decision is designed to ensure maximum public participation in the selection of Ukraine’s representatives at the international contest.
In addition, during the press conference on Thursday, the draw determined the following order of performance of the contestants:

According to the results of voting in the Diya app, singer, Eurovision 2016 winner Jamala; musician, producer, leader of the rock band “WITHOUT OBMEDIENCE” Serhiy Tanchinets and frontwoman of the band Go_A Kateryna Pavlenko were elected to the jury of the National Selection-2025.
the 69th Eurovision Song Contest will be held in the Swiss city of Basel. The Eurovision Grand Final will take place on Saturday, May 17, and the semi-finals will take place on May 13 and 15, 2025.
The contest will be held at the St. Jakobshalle Arena following Nemo’s victory with the song “The Code” at Eurovision 2024.
Accordingly, 38 countries will take part in the contest, 32 of which will compete in the semi-finals. In the grand final, the 20 semi-final winners will be joined by representatives of the Big Five countries: the UK, France, Germany, Italy and Spain, as well as last year’s winner Switzerland.
