The SPFU sold property worth UAH 140 million in a week

Last week, the State Property Fund of Ukraine held 14 auctions for the sale of state property, earning less than UAH 140 million. This was reported by the press service of the Fund, reports
The most expensive lot of the week was a single property complex of the state-owned enterprise TVK, the final value of which was UAH 106.2 million. Moreover, this winning bid should include VAT of UAH 21.2 million and the payment of current debts of UAH 12.2 million, the institution reports.
The next highest bidder was a parquet shop in Rivne region, for which 17 bidders competed. Its starting price increased from UAH 1.1 million to UAH 11.2 million, a 10-fold increase.
This week, the Fund plans to hold 18 privatisation auctions. The most expensive lots will be: a stake in Rivne Radio Engineering Plant (starting price: UAH 60.8 million); Niginsky Quarry in Khmelnytsky region (UAH 26.3 million); and Hannopil Distillery (UAH 1.9 million).
